Booking Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Nature of service: The services provided by the Consultant during consultations are strictly for educational purposes only. The Consultant does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information and education provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Meal Plans & Direct Advice: The Consultant does not offer meal plans or specific dietary prescriptions. Any comments regarding nutrition are general and educational in nature. The Client is responsible for making their own informed decisions about their nutrition and health. Liability Waiver The Client agrees that they fully assume any risk from following any information provided during the consultations. The Consultant will not be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or harm that may occur as a result of implementing any dietary, fitness, or lifestyle changes discussed during the consultations. Information Privacy and Data Security The Consultant is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Client's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). The Consultant implements reasonable security measures, such as password protection, and secure storage, to safeguard against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of personal information. While every effort is made to ensure the security of personal information, the Client acknowledges that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. In the event of an unintentional data breach (including hacking or accidental exposure), the Consultant will: • Notify the Client of the breach as soon as reasonably practicable. • Take immediate steps to mitigate any potential damage. • Cooperate with relevant authorities as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Limitation of Liability The Client acknowledges that the Consultant cannot guarantee complete security of data against unauthorised access, hacking, or unforeseen events. The Consultant will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any unauthorised access, data breach, or loss of information unless caused by the Consultant’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Payment for Consultation Time and Additional Communication The payment made for services covers the time spent in the scheduled consultation only.
